Our room was immaculate with a sofa and the staff were very friendly. Loved that we had a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe.

The location is a marvel for good weather. Two minutes from Pals Beach (huge) but you still don't go there, because the pool and gardens are huge and as the hotel is not very big it is a wide area without any squeeze. As soon as you arrive you are offered a towel for your use and a parking space in the summer because the area is very full. The rooms are well reformed with all the comforts, it even drives away mosquitoes (that is very grateful). And a detail that I liked, the curtains "anti light" are large and sufficient (in many hotels are usually short and leave room for light in the morning). . I didn't try the dinner (it has a good reputation) but a more than correct breakfast with kitchen at the client's disposal. If you are going to play golf.. Wonderful. Keep your golf clubs and perfect location near the course (you have to take a car). Considering the quality and prices of the beach hotels, this is a great option.
Well, I've been thinking for a while and I can't think of anything wrong.

The hotel's swimming pool is spectacularly divided into different spaces with different depths. It also has enough hammocks around to accommodate all the guests. The restaurant staff at the dinner and breakfast are exquisitely friendly. Special mention to the breakfast cook by the pool. The facilities are spacious and modern. It has a lot of green areas, tennis courts (I don't know if they are paid), children's area..
The water in the pool was cold (September) so we could not enjoy the pool as we would have liked. The temperature of the water is not something that can be attributed to the hotel but it is something to take into account for stays in September. The dinner is on a menu to choose from 3 first courses, 3 second courses and 3 desserts. The breakfast buffet is correct, just like that. I expected more than a 4 star hotel breakfast. I had to order the baby's crib twice.

It was a nice relaxing hotel, with beautiful swimming pool. Rooms were big, bathrooms were good. Breakfast buffet was good, and especially the coffemachines worked very well, and had good coffee.
No real complaints, but the hot breakfast looks a bit old when you have breakfast after ten in the morning. Would be good to have pay tv, but not necessary. The rooms were big, but a bit boring.

location of the hotel is wonderful, next to the beach, surrounded by pine trees and golf course. bed was very big and comfortable. pool is huge and beautiful. breakfast juice is natural and coffee is Nespresso. staff in the dining room is very attentive and pleasant.
Actually the hotel is very fair for a four star, if you are not going to play golf it is not worth paying what it costs. It has many details that are not typical of a hotel of this category, for example it is announced that has air conditioning in the rooms and did not work, it was hot despite being October. room's furniture is Spartan, without a single drawer to store the things, a painting, anything else. bathtub has a CURTAIN instead of a screen (I can't stand it, just for that reason I don't even think about going back). dryer was very dirty, rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear the conversations of the neighbors. light on the terrace is on all night and you can't turn it off, if you can't close the curtain because you're dying of heat, you have to sleep with light whether you want to or not. As for the breakfast buffet, quality of the products is not bad, there is very little variety, fair as everything in this hotel. coffee is Nespresso, coffee machines are always out of order due to lack of water, traffic jams, etc. staff is very attentive and fixes them, they are not enough and you have to queue a lot. same with the other products, they put them in very small quantities and all the time they have to be replenishing, so almost every time you go to get something you have to ask for it and wait. Surprisingly in the dining room there is nothing hot, no eggs, no sausages, etc, on the second day we discovered that going out to the terrace and going down some stairs to the garden they have a kind of little stall where they make you omelettes, fried eggs and crepes on the spot and they have some trays with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages (full of flies, though, I don't understand why it has to be outside). hotel bar is only open until 11pm and has no air conditioning (no windows that can be opened) or even a little background music and to top it all off we ordered some mojitos and were served without a mint (10 euros each).

+ Nice hotel at a good location, nice pool and a good restaurant
- The fitness center was a bit of a disappointment - Renting tennis court and football court was extremely expensive and out of line

The hotel is upscale and the rooms are new-fashioned. It has a stunning and excellent location in both areas. the place to order lunch, just a pleasant stroll away from the property, is Shuckers.

It was a very very good stay during a road trip. The breakfast was marvellous, the check in was early. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, nevertheless it was clean. The restaurant was average and food was excellent.

The hotel and facilities are luxurious. Our room was large and comfortable after our long road trip. The location near the beach was peaceful and beautiful.
Our meal at the restaurant was a mixed experience. We enjoyed the delicious garlic shrimp and the fig and ham salad as appetizers but were disappointed in the risotto we ordered for our main course. The service was excellent.
